Combine ½ teaspoon dried lavender flowers, ½ teaspoon dried rosemary, and 1 teaspoon dried lemon balm. Pour 250 ml of hot water (not boiling), cover, and steep for 10 minutes. Strain before drinking.
Drink 1 cup at the onset of a headache. For tension headaches, also apply diluted lavender essential oil to the temples and rest in a quiet, dim room. Can be taken up to 2 times daily. Avoid rosemary tea if you have high blood pressure.
