Preparation

Combine 1 teaspoon dried echinacea (root or aerial parts), 1 tablespoon dried elderberries, and ½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger. Pour 300 ml of boiling water, cover, and steep for 15 minutes. Strain and add lemon juice and honey if desired.

Usage

Drink 1–2 cups daily at the first sign of a cold or as prevention during cold season. Do not use for more than 8–10 consecutive weeks. Not suitable for those with autoimmune conditions. Ensure elderberries are fully cooked or dried before use — never consume raw.
